The app allows you to scan a QR code on their gravestone that takes you to a memorial page of the loved one. Here you can view photos, videos and comments from friends and family, along with being able to listen to a eulogy.

The plaque will come professionally engraved with the person name, year of birth, year of death and your QR Code.
Simply scan the QR Code on the plaque card to access different profiles and media of loved ones. Each plaque card will come with its own unique QR Code that can be locked with an access code to restrict who can see the profile.
