On purchasing the App, you will be able to build a profile for your loved one, including uploading all of your chosen photos, videos and eulogies saved on your device.

Here’s a ‘how to’ guide to help you easily create a memorial and upload content.

On opening the app, select ‘create a memorial’. Here is where you add your loved one’s details and a ‘bio’ about them. You can choose a background colour from the selection if you would like one.

Once your profile is made and processed, you will be sent your personalized QR code on a plaque card. There is an option here to scan the QR code to see the profile that has been made.

Next step is photos. Click on one of the empty photo spaces to start the process. Click on ‘camera roll’ at the top middle of the screen and scroll the range of options, allowing you to choose from where they are stored on your device (Messenger, WhatsApp, camera etc).

You may add up to 50 photos. As you select your chosen files you may ‘preview’ them on bottom left to see the photo’s in ‘big screen’ before you complete. Once you are happy with your selection, click on ‘completed’ (bottom right) which takes you to the next page. If you wish to edit your selection, you can click ‘cancel’ (top right) and chose again.

You should have photos saved onto your device before making the profile.

Next step are videos. Click on one of the empty video spaces to start the process. As with photos, click on ‘camera roll’ at the top middle of the screen to allow you to choose from where they are stored on your device (Messenger, WhatsApp, camera, etc.).

You may add up to 10 videos. As you select your chosen files, you may ‘preview’ on bottom left In big screen before you complete, then choose ‘completed’ or ‘cancel’ to edit your selection, as with photos.

Eulogies are added in the same way but made via a ‘voice recording’ app, you can use either the one that is built into your device or you can download one from the app store.

To install on to your profile click on the empty ‘voice audio’ space and press the ‘all audio’ button at the top middle of your screen to choose your preferred audio clip. Naming your audio clips on your device beforehand is the best way to identify the audio clip that you wish to use.

You will be able to preview audio eulogy before clicking ‘completed’ or ‘cancel’ you may upload one audio eulogy. Audio Eulogies will have to be made and stored on your device before making the profile.

Your personalised plaque will be posted to you the day after ordering, via first class within a discreet envelope enclosing all the information you may need

The plaque is made of weather resistant, hard wearing 0.8mm thick aluminium, respectfully engraved with your loved one’s name, year of birth and year of passing. The personalised QR code provides the details of your chosen memorial profile.

Once you receive your plaque card first scan it to ensure that everything is as you would like it to be presented.

The location you choose to place your plaque is of your own choice, a place special to you of course. Many people decide this to be on the Headstone or a Memorial stone, but this is totally within your discretion.

The back of the card has an outer peel off layer, exposing the sticky adhesive surface to adhere to the stone work. Pressing it to the surface for 4-5 seconds will bind it in place.

All of the photos, video’s and eulogies can be edited, deleted or changed as you wish

The total price for all of the items will be displayed at the bottom of each screen within the ‘next’ button, keeping you fully in control of this.

You can choose if you would like to make your memorial ‘public’, meaning that everyone who uses the app will be able to view the created profile or ‘private’, meaning that anyone aside from the creator of the profile would have to seek permission to view the profile. This can be done via a Grant Access button.

Your personalised plaque is sent to the postal address that you provide on the app but all of your details that you provide to us are stored confidentiality and are not visible to any viewer, public or private, except the creator.

Once all uploaded, you have an opportunity to review and edit the profile you have made. When you are happy with it, click ‘confirm’ and your plaque card will be sent to you.
